Refund & Return Policy – IndieOnlineMart

At IndieOnlineMart, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or refund within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • Customers must provide a clear product opening video or photo proof for damaged, missing, or wrong items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or customer-caused damage are not eligible for refunds or returns.
  • Returned products must be unused and in original packaging whenever applicable.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. [1]

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be sent through bank transfer or UPI.
  • Customers are not required to pay return shipping charges for eligible returns.

IndieOnlineMart reserves the right to reject fraudulent or invalid refund requests.
